at smør, we want you to love our products as much as we do. if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

our commitment to quality: our body butters are made with high-quality, natural ingredients. we do not use any chemicals or preservatives. 

risk-free return period: you can return any lightly used body butter or lip balm within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. soaps and buff bags are final sale.

occasionally, all-natural products can display a unique characteristic known as "beading." it's harmless and they melt into the skin. these are not considered defects and it does not mean the product is of lower quality.

please be advised of this when purchasing or returning an item. it's just a quirk of going all natural! :)

condition of products for return: given the nature of our products, we normally require items to be unopened and unused. however, if you've tried a product and are dissatisfied, we accept returns of lightly used items as part of our commitment to your satisfaction. 

how to return:

  1. to initiate a return, contact us via our chat box (bottom right of page) for immediate assistance or you can email us at support@smorcare.com.
  2. we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
  3. pack the item securely and include the original packing slip.
  4. drop off the package at any [carrier] location.

processing returns: once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund. the refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

damaged or defective Items: if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. we will replace it at no additional cost or provide a full refund.

exchanges: if you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the item you want.
